Royston Maddox

Roy peacefully passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on Monday, 24th November 2025, aged 84 years.

Reunited with his loving Wife Pauline and Grandson Matthew.

A loving Dad to Tracey and Steven. Stepdad to Angela, Gillian, John and Julie. Father-in-law to Peter, Helen, Diane, Graham and Kim.Brother to Ronnie and the late Eric.

A cherished Grandad to Emma, Victoria, Michael, Senead, Josh, Luke, Alex, Melissa, Chloe, Kai Lewis, Ellie May and Mason Lee, and the late Matthew. Great-Grandad to Esme, Kenny and Robyn.

Roy will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at Chester Crematorium on Friday 19th December 2025 at 3:20pm.

I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your dad my cousin Roy. Roy spent a lot of time as a youngster with my mum and dad Elsie and George myself and my brother Don in our prefab in Belle Vale and I have happy memories of these times. Condolences to all Roy’s family
